What you will do

  • Generate and maintain a bank of original, trend-led content ideas.
  • Coordinate, film, shoot, and edit social-first content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and supports wider campaigns and collaborations.
  • Source and brief external content creators for high-quality, on-brand user-generated content (UGC).
  • Support the daily management of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest accounts.
  • Assist with planning and executing the social content calendar and engage with the community.
  • Conduct ongoing trend and sound research and review weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Passion for social media, culture, and emerging trends.
  • Deeply immersed in internet culture.
  • Strong video and photo editing skills (TikTok, iPhone, VHS, digi cam).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative working cross-functionally.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role is required.
