Location: Hybrid, required to work from our London Bridge office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of social video strategy for Fabulous & Features, aligning with wider brand goals and audience growth targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day video output of the Fabulous and Features teams, providing creative direction and feedback for optimized social content.
- Work closely with the commercial team to create content which fulfills business objectives.
- Line manage and mentor the Social Video Producer, providing daily direction, constructive feedback, and career development.
- Utilise data and analytics to monitor social content performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, advising editorial, fashion, beauty, and production teams on best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience in social media management, with a strong focus on video content strategy, preferably within the media, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Deep understanding of how to grow and monetise an audience across major social platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Natural storyteller with a flair for creating shareable, culturally relevant content and a portfolio of high-performing social video.
- Proven experience in line managing or supervising junior creatives, with a track record of nurturing talent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Comfortable with data and analytics, capable of translating performance metrics into clear, strategic recommendations.
- True enthusiasm for fashion, beauty, celebrity, and lifestyle content, with a finger on the pulse of what's trending.
