What you will do

• Drive complex Conversational AI projects from Proof of Concept to full implementation for enterprise clients.
• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Provide cutting-edge technical solutions, shape architectural best practices, and tackle advanced technical challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development and contribute to product strategies.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and comprehensive documentation to empower customers and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
• Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions.
• Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
