What you will do
- Develop multi-product positioning frameworks and high-level Go-to-Market (GTM) logic for new markets and product launches.
- Define and maintain brand governance, setting the quality bar for external positioning.
- Ensure cross-product strategic consistency across all campaigns, landing pages, and sales decks.
- Own the website architecture and messaging to ensure a coherent brand voice.
- Lead SEO strategy across markets, collaborating with the Content Marketing Manager.
- Drive PR and narrative, shaping how hirify.global is discussed in the press and HR tech landscape.
- Actively test and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
Requirements
- Proficient in German, with exceptional writing and communication skills in both German and English.
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in messaging, positioning, or brand strategy.
- Experience in a startup or scaleup environment, comfortable operating without a fully built-out infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content to provide good direction and catch problems early.
- Informal or formal experience leading or mentoring teams, providing clear direction and useful feedback.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation, proactively seeking ways to use them to work smarter.

- Experience in B2B SaaS in the HR industry, or in business travel, global mobility, or compliance-adjacent categories.
