Location: This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at one of hirify.global's hub offices (Bristol, Glasgow, or London) at least once a week. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: £77,639 – £103,006

What you will do

• Enhance the security posture of hirify.global systems across the technology estate.
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and management.
• Utilise security tooling and processes to reduce organisational risks and improve compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams to proactively assist in identification, documentation, and response to security issues and gaps.
• Lead projects to implement controls and automate remediation activities for persistent security problems.

Requirements

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (e.g., Intune, Mosyle).
• Experience with Workflow/process automation.
• Experience with Cloud & SaaS platform management for security posture monitoring.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with Endpoint Detection and Response and SIEM.
• Experience with Vulnerability and Patching Management and Bug Bounty Platforms.
• Strong understanding of securing technical systems and experience using security tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format from Bristol, Glasgow, or London.
