What you will do

  • Develop end-to-end features across care documentation including notes, invoices, and medical records using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to build scalable workflows embedding compliance and quality guardrails.
  • Participate in decomposing monolithic services into domain-aligned microservices.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to peer reviews and technical design discussions.
  • Enhance platform reliability by adding logging, metrics, and operational checks.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near New York, San Francisco, or Seattle with hybrid onsite presence required
  • 1–2 years professional experience as a full-stack engineer in production environments.
  • Comfortable with both backend and frontend development and collaborative cross-functional teamwork.
  • Value clean architecture, structured data models, and scalable system design.
  • Mission alignment with transforming mental healthcare through quality and transparency.
