Base Salary Range: $105,000-$150,000 (Junior), $155,000-$185,000 (Mid), $190,000-$250,000 (Senior), $250,000-$300,000 (Staff)

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, PMs, and designers to shape solutions for real-world MedTech challenges.
• Develop key features and workflows that enhance product usage and patient outcomes.
• Use data insights to identify enhancements, resolve performance issues, and uncover opportunities.
• Influence team processes, culture, and tooling for better scalability.
• Explore new technologies and mentor junior engineers.
• Build using AI agentic tools like Claude Code and Codex to push development boundaries.

Requirements

• Eligible work permit in the USA required
• 2+ years as software engineer in product domain
• Fullstack proficiency with TS, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or similar relational DBs, BigQuery, Google Cloud services
• Customer-obsessed in fast-paced environment
• Curious, empathetic team player who leads by example
