What you will do

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI and data science solutions, including LLM-powered workflows and analytics pipelines.
• Rapidly prototype and productionize generative AI use cases (prompt engineering, retrieval-based systems, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks).
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear AI/data science problem statements.
• Design and implement evaluation approaches (offline metrics, experimentation, pre/post impact analysis, A/B tests where applicable).
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to shape product direction, refine requirements, and prioritize high-impact use cases.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and reusable components using Python and SQL.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Science, Applied AI, or a related role.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI or data-driven solutions that delivered measurable business impact.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, transformation, and experimentation support.
• Familiarity with generative AI systems, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, retrieval-based workflows (RAG concepts), and multi-step or agent-based orchestration.
• Working knowledge of statistics and experimentation (regression, variance analysis, signal vs. noise, basic causal thinking).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
