What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into people plans, including workforce planning and org design.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Drive company-wide communication on behalf of the business and leadership.
• Support talent management processes: succession planning, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Advise on compensation and benefits topics within corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including as HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner supporting managers directly.
• Strong knowledge of international employment law and core HR disciplines.
• Proven experience coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Russian native level and fluent English
