What you will do

• Perform period-end close activities for lease accounting (IFRS 16) and PPE.
• Own end-to-end partner commissions accounting, including calculation, reconciliation, and trend analysis.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements and annual/interim audits.
• Assist with annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly expense analysis for business unit reviews.
• Assess complex accounting matters, IFRS issues, and document conclusions.
• Document, improve, and automate finance processes and internal controls.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial close, reporting, and audit processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience in commissions or variable compensation accounting and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems like Vena, NetSuite, or Expensify.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
