What you will do
- Prepare and send quotes to customers via Salesforce.
- Process orders and invoices accurately and timely.
- Support Account Managers and other sales staff with daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Support perpetual cloud licenses and ensure smooth customer transitions.
- Help with support ticket escalations and follow up until resolution.
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer/partner-facing experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role in a SAAS company.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAAS products and services and industry trends.
