What you will do
- Create relationship maps within accounts and expand relationships with buyers and influencers.
- Develop account plans and product strategies for new and existing hirify.global product lines.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and deal negotiation.
- Act as a sales orchestrator, leveraging appropriate experts at the right time.
- Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Lead partner co-selling efforts within accounts.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years sales and data centre experience.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Deep understanding of customer goals and ability to demonstrate value to clients.
- Highly organized and disciplined, capable of coordinating multiple selling efforts.
- Ability to speak credibly on modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
