Salary: $120,000–$180,000 base salary with equity

What you will do

• Drive experiential events and programs for Enterprise business (e.g., trade shows, hackathons, webinars).
• Organize engaging events for the community of builders (e.g., hackathons, livestreams, AMAs).
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and community teams for seamless go-to-market execution.
• Own pipeline reporting, optimization, and tie field programs directly to revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and tools to maximize ROI for field marketing initiatives.
• Incorporate hirify.global’s messaging and customer education in all field campaigns.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in field roles within technology companies, preferably from startup environments.
• Experience organizing virtual or in-person events, hackathons, and build sessions with developers.
• Proven ability to align marketing programs with multi-touch enterprise buyer journeys.
• Experience partnering with multinational enterprises or portfolio brands.

Nice to have

• Ability to thrive in a fast environment, sometimes with ambiguous information.
• Experience running a wide variety of events (exec dinners, hackathons, trade shows, pop-ups, activations).
• Familiarity with the AI, SaaS, or tech space.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
