TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Atlanta): Driving new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle within an assigned territory, with an accent on building lasting partnerships and achieving sales targets. Location: This is a field-based role, requiring the candidate to be located in Atlanta, USA. Work authorization for the USA is required (implied by US-specific benefits).

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets by bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Conduct territory-based qualifying and outreach via phone, email & social channels.
  • Perform discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend product solutions.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to close, utilizing a CRM.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions to their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and actively prospect for new business.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Resilient and adaptable to change, taking initiative even in ambiguity.
  • Excellent at building strong, authentic relationships through an empathetic approach.

Nice to have

  • Background in or genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms, booking software, or payment technology.
  • Ability to speak in other languages.
