🎯 About the role: This is a growth/product/marketing role focused on maximizing in-chat revenue with AI influencers (OnlyFans style).

💰 Salary: $3,000–4,000 gross (B2B)

 ✅Key Responsibilities
 ● Build and own an OnlyFans-style monetization funnel: AI Influencer (leads) → App → Chat → Emotional Hook → Revenue.
 ● Increase revenue by testing dialogue flows, scripts, content formats, and monetization mechanics.
 ● Manage and optimize a team of chatters.
 ● Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into clear product improvements with ML and Product teams.
 
 📋 Requirements:
 ● Experience working with OnlyFans or Fanvue chats is a strong plus.
 ● 3+ years in Growth, Product, Monetization, or a similar role.
 ● Solid understanding of gen-AI tools and hands-on experience using them.
 ● Comfortable working with both data and qualitative insights (e.g., reviewing chats).
 ● Experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
