What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, driving strategy like a startup within the company.
• Define and execute roadmaps, prioritizing features for growth, engagement, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to launch features.
• Shape business models to maximize customer value and long-term retention.
• Use data and user feedback to inform decisions and measure success.
• Partner with leadership on goals, KPIs, and long-term vision.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or consumer subscriptions.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, ownership-focused.
• Experience with AI-driven products or strong interest in AI-finance intersection.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record in user acquisition, engagement, and growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership to rally teams.
