What you will do

• Manage the deployment of inbound and outbound email communications, including creating HTML files and setting up, testing, and deploying emails.
• Assist with distribution list creation and alignment, and help maintain the communications calendar.
• Contribute to production tracking reports and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Conduct QA/QC and identify opportunities for business process improvement and new technology implementation.
• Assist with analysis to determine email effectiveness, creating reports and dashboards on performance.
• Recommend changes to optimize programs based on analytical findings, best practices, and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences is required.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience is required.
• Good Excel skills, including ability to work with formulas and formatting.
• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Experience with Eloqua or a similar Marketing Automation tool is essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving ability.
• Proven ability to manage tasks from beginning to end with strict adherence to deadlines.
