Account Specialist, Influencer Marketing

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Source, vet, and recruit new influencer partnership opportunities, ensuring brand alignment and negotiating engagement.
• Manage influencer partnerships, guiding content strategy, setting timelines, and ensuring FTC guideline compliance.
• Audit program content, track performance accurately, and perform robust analysis using social analytics and conversion metrics.
• Provide superior client service, ensuring high satisfaction, retention rates, and promoting client trust.
• Manage client tasks and multiple campaigns with minimal supervision, prioritizing objectives and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working for an influencer marketing agency, executing campaigns, and managing client/influencer relationships.
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of running successful influencer campaigns for consumer products/services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client approvals on new campaign strategies.
• Working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing and understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing work together.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, comfortable with formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction.
