What you will do
- Manage customer data activation to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies.
- Design and implement multi-channel communication plans (email, push notifications, in-app messages).
- Refine communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle and contact strategies.
- Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
- Own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct deep dives for campaign success metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
- Proficient in HTML and possess good copywriting skills.
- Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.
- Experience leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data.
- Commercially savvy, analytical, data-driven, and experienced in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- English: Fluent communication required (C1).
- Work from Madrid, Spain required for office presence.
