What you will do

  • Execute, test, and deploy Marketo email programs, nurture campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests for marketing assets.
  • Maintain data accuracy and support lead lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and integration errors.
  • Create dashboards and reports, analysing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams for process alignment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience using Marketo for campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
  • Ability to independently research and find solutions.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with additional marketing tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle concepts.
