What you will do
- Execute, test, and deploy Marketo email programs, nurture campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.
- Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests for marketing assets.
- Maintain data accuracy and support lead lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and integration errors.
- Create dashboards and reports, analysing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams for process alignment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience using Marketo for campaign execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Ability to independently research and find solutions.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional marketing tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms).
- Understanding of B2B marketing and lead lifecycle concepts.
