Sales Training Manager

What you will do

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires, current employees, and managers.
• Coach sales managers through training, coaching, and developing their teams.
• Lead scheduling, organizing, and orchestrating new hire and ongoing training.
• Consult with stakeholders to assess learning and training needs and determine appropriate learning strategy.
• Design and develop training materials and implement ongoing coaching and developmental processes.
• Collaborate with management to continuously maintain and develop training curriculum.
• Manage projects and processes to ensure timely completion and accountability for new-hire performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in training or employee development.
• 1+ years in a people leadership position.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ months of coaching and development experience.
• Proven track record of being a top sales performer.
• Experience designing and/or delivering sales and leadership training.
• English: B2 required.
