What you will do
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires, current employees, and managers.
- Coach sales managers through training, coaching, and developing their teams.
- Lead scheduling, organizing, and orchestrating new hire and ongoing training.
- Consult with stakeholders to assess learning and training needs and determine appropriate learning strategy.
- Design and develop training materials and implement ongoing coaching and developmental processes.
- Collaborate with management to continuously maintain and develop training curriculum.
- Manage projects and processes to ensure timely completion and accountability for new-hire performance metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in training or employee development.
- 1+ years in a people leadership position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ months of coaching and development experience.
- Proven track record of being a top sales performer.
- Experience designing and/or delivering sales and leadership training.
- English: B2 required.
