Location: Remote, must be based in US, Europe, Latam, or Dubai and have 5 hours overlap with EST.

What you will do
- Design and implement the end-to-end ecosystem strategy for a foundational DeFi protocol.
- Drive adoption and scale yield infrastructure through high-impact partnerships across the Web3 landscape.
- Lead customer acquisition via innovative and strategic partnership deals.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate market needs into product roadmaps.
- Lead efforts to onboard the next billion users into the decentralized financial ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
- Broad domain experience across key blockchain ecosystems, specifically with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and Solana networks.
- Proven ability to deliver quantifiable growth results through innovative partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in building, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy.
