What you will do
- Develop and execute hirify.global’s US partnerships strategy, prioritizing high-potential markets and partner categories.
- Source, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with various payment and technology partners.
- Structure partnerships that drive adoption, revenue growth, and expand hirify.global’s footprint in new markets.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic partners, ensuring long-term value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enable partners and drive co-marketing efforts.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events to strengthen thought leadership in payments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships or related fields.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing strategic external stakeholders.
- Understanding of payment ecosystems (PSPs, acquirers, orchestration).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience expanding into new markets or regions and leading Go-to-Market with partners.
- Leadership experience in managing a team or mentorship.
- Fluency in Spanish.
