What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, including channel, technology, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive incremental revenue through partner channels by developing go-to-market strategies and enablement programs.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that drive long-term value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Deep understanding of the payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
- Track record of building successful joint revenue-generating initiatives.
- Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
- Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
