TL;DR

Customer Success Coordinator (Sustainability): Facilitating successful program implementation and solution adoption for customers, enabling them to integrate sustainability into business decisions with an accent on empowering internal stakeholders and monitoring performance. Focus on adapting existing processes for impactful business outcomes and representing customer needs internally.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Offer only for candidates eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

  • Empower customers with program implementation, including creating communications and delivering training sessions.
  • Help customers identify actions towards target achievement and answer operational questions.
  • Enable customers to monitor performance through KPIs and reach strategic goals.
  • Increase adoption of solutions amongst client stakeholders and manage stakeholder enablement.
  • Help customers utilize solution customization options to reflect their context and purpose.
  • Represent the customer voice internally to adapt tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of hirify.global services through teamwork and best practices sharing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in German and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with summarizing data into insights for customer presentations (PPT/Slides).
  • Confidence to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or business.
  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications, Salesforce, or Wrike.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and/or SaaS solutions.
