Focus on identifying, recruiting, and operationalizing new partners, building regional business plans, and managing sales goals to expand indirect sales reach.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Requires ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

What you will do

  • Own partner development opportunities with key hirify.global Partners (e.g., AWS, Consulting organizations & VAR’s).
  • Drive revenue growth through "sell with" and "sell through" strategies across enterprise business.
  • Identify, recruit, and operationalize new Partner organizations to expand indirect sales reach.
  • Build regional Partner business plans with quantified goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on GTM initiatives and sales opportunities.
  • Manage and report an accurate sales forecast in SFDC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in software Enterprise Sales & Partner development combined.
  • Proven track record selling enterprise software or SaaS to Fortune 1,000 companies.
  • At least 3+ years of experience developing a Partner ecosystem within a SaaS model.
  • Direct experience creating and executing Partner business plans, with an emphasis on security service providers.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand, develop, and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is essential.
