What you will do

• Support 3rd party advisors in preparing federal and state corporate income tax returns and estimated tax payments.
• Maintain knowledge of US federal and state tax rules, providing advice to management.
• Support the Head of Tax with all U.S. federal and state income tax audits.
• Manage the tax filing calendar and state tax portals.
• Assist with the preparation and review of federal and international tax calculations for income tax returns and quarterly provisions.
• Support the implementation of Transfer Pricing policy, Pillar 2 requirements, and Country by Country reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance.
• Masters in tax, or similar qualification.
• 7+ years experience in tax accounting or consulting.
• Experience with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Knowledge of state, local, and international tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely within the US.
