US Tax Senior Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead US federal, state, and local tax compliance operations and manage BPO providers for timely filings.
• Oversee the quarterly and annual US income tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740 and IFRS.
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust SOX-compliant internal control environment for the US tax function.
• Provide technical tax guidance to the corporate accounting team and manage tax-related month-end close activities.
• Monitor changes in tax accounting standards and manage their impact on financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or a multinational corporation.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IFRS, US GAAP, and international tax compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder management across departments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Experience with Tax Software (e.g., OneSource) and ERP systems.
