What you will do

• Lead and participate in client engagements, determining needs and developing potential solutions.
• Conduct and oversee data analyses, interpreting findings, and forming initial recommendations.
• Develop deliverables and presentations for various client audiences.
• Assist in risk identification, mitigation, and manage workstream economics and project activities.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models, lead process standardization, and automate client deliverables (for Analytics Focused Roles).
• Participate in practice development activities and learn Premier technologies.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of applicable work experience.
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's or Master's preferred).
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written).
• Experience in conducting analyses and overseeing others in delivery of client deliverables.
• Ability to relate to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.
• For Analytics Focused Roles: Expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases, experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets, and developing visualizations.

Nice to have

• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational/Strategic Consulting, or Decision Support Analytics.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Experience in new methodology development and strategic problem-solving skills.
