Location: Hybrid in Markham, ON, Canada, with some travel to clients in Canada and the United States. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $80,681.00–$130,681.00 CAD

What you will do

• Support delivery of technology projects, including requirements gathering, data evaluation, process mapping, and testing.
• Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, and models to communicate analysis and recommendations to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, supporting the project team with presentation and facilitation.
• Apply technical methods to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and engage subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree.
• 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Knowledge of or direct experience with Grid Management & Modernization Solutions Deployment (e.g., ADMS, DERMS, AMI).
• Experience with Utility IT Transformation (e.g., EAMS, Work Management, CIS, ERP).
