What you will do

• Define and own hirify.global’s influencer and creator vision and strategy.
• Set standards for creator usage across campaigns and partnerships.
• Provide senior strategic oversight for key accounts and campaigns.
• Partner with other teams to integrate influencer thinking.
• Ensure best-in-class governance, compliance, and ethical standards for influencer activity.
• Lead the influencer leadership team, focusing on their development and growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading influencer or creator marketing in an agency, platform, or brand environment.
• Strong strategic understanding of influencer marketing evolution in a social-first world.
• Deep understanding of creator platforms, culture, and talent ecosystems, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to set vision, build standards, and improve work quality through others.
• Commercial awareness with experience in shaping growth and long-term partnerships.
• Confidence in operating at senior client level, influencing, challenging, and inspiring trust.
