What you will do
- Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across various channels.
- Learn about DE+I planning and carbon-conscious media.
- Utilize media systems and tools including TGI, Pathmatics, Wavemaker Architect, and AdIntel.
- Run and analyze reports, including competitive and audience insights.
- Manage campaign fundamentals, such as updating schematics and providing media plans to clients.
- Assist with financial processes, including PO trackers, bookings, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate regular client and creative agency meetings and collate necessary documents.
Requirements
- Basic understanding and competence in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Awareness and curiosity about the media and marketing industry, including trends and challenges.
- Ability to research wider industry topics and summarize information into findings.
- Broad understanding of industry tools, technology, techniques, and systems.
- Ability to run simple tasks independently.
- Strong questioning and basic analysis skills to define problems.
- Good understanding of how the agency operates and works with clients, including their business goals.
- Ability to manage several tasks and meet deliverables with minimal error.
