What you will do
- Proactively develop new leads and customers, focusing on OpenStack and other solutions.
- Manage existing accounts, expanding services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor customer project progress and align with decision-makers during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Act as a sparring partner for customers, providing valuable insights back to the organization.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, customer-focused role (e.g., account management or sales), preferably in IT or hosting.
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and clear communication.
- Enjoy working with a broad technical product portfolio.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer relationships.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
