What you will do

  • Adapt sales pitch and approach for the Dutch market.
  • Convert inbound leads into customers end-to-end.
  • Qualify prospects and propose high-value solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline and key KPIs.
  • Identify friction points to improve conversion.
  • Contribute to building the foundations of a Dutch sales team and playbook.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience selling a product requiring explanation, trust, or structuring (SaaS, fintech, insurance, services).
  • Comfortable building things from scratch, hands-on, structured, and proactive.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch.
  • Ability to obtain the required Dutch sales certification (Wft).
