What you will do

• Provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders.
• Support and advise clients on implementing their online applications using hirify.global solutions.
• Manage large transformation programs within customer accounts.
• Work with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategy.
• Manage project teams and multiple teams within large programs or multiple projects.
• Manage risks and issues at both project and program levels.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in project management.
• Can demonstrate experience in the financial sector.
• Can demonstrate experience in a startup/scaleup environment.
• Managed a program successfully.
• Possess superior knowledge of standard software tools related to daily responsibilities.
• Able to create tools and processes around internal and external financial reporting.
