TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI, CRM): Ensuring high-value customers achieve significant ROI with the hirify.global platform, with an accent on strategic advisory, technical health, and adoption. Focus on cultivating executive relationships, aligning business and technical goals, and leveraging AI for customer engagement monitoring and task automation.

Location: This role is office-flexible, and the expectation is to be in office 3 days per week in Melbourne, Australia.

What you will do

  • Serve as the single point of customer accountability, overseeing Signature deliverables and customer experience.
  • Align with and manage business and technical stakeholders to ensure value delivery through the Signature offer.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships, including executive-level connections, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Utilize AI for automating routine tasks, prompt engineering, and monitoring customer engagement.
  • Monitor technical health, conduct quarterly reviews, and provide tailored release recommendations.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields.
  • Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to drive business value and influence C-level conversations.
  • Industry-relevant expertise, especially in the Energy & Utilities segment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and business concepts.
  • Proficiency in using AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI engagement monitoring.
  • Actively seek out learning activities and professional development.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global product certifications (AI Associate, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Energy & Utilities Cloud Consultant certification.
