TL;DR

Customer Success Specialist (SaaS): Managing a high volume of customer contracts and driving renewals with an accent on value-driven conversations and risk mitigation. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities and leveraging data for efficiency in a B2B SaaS environment.

Location: Remote - Australia, including New South Wales and Melbourne. Ability to travel up to 15%.

What you will do

  • Drive client engagement to ensure customer and hirify.global’s mutual success.
  • Anticipate customer needs, proactively forecast and mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring streamlined renewals and negotiations.
  • Maintain and lead periodic check-ins with key customers to ensure they're receiving maximum value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide advanced product information and recommend the right services and configurations to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Success and Renewals.
  • Strong negotiation, prioritisation and relationship building skills.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and familiarity with SaaS renewal motions.
  • Background in business development, sales or scale customer success.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume portfolio of enterprise accounts leveraging data to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
