What you will do
- Drive client engagement to ensure customer and hirify.global’s mutual success.
- Anticipate customer needs, proactively forecast and mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring streamlined renewals and negotiations.
- Maintain and lead periodic check-ins with key customers to ensure they're receiving maximum value.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide advanced product information and recommend the right services and configurations to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Success and Renewals.
- Strong negotiation, prioritisation and relationship building skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS and familiarity with SaaS renewal motions.
- Background in business development, sales or scale customer success.
- Proven track record of success in managing a high-volume portfolio of enterprise accounts leveraging data to improve efficiency.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.

- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
