TL;DR

Location: Must be eligible to work in Australia. Work & Holiday visa accepted. Flexible work arrangements are available within Australia.

What you will do

  • Champion and manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth start.
  • Drive client retention and upsell opportunities by proactively engaging and offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to optimize the overall client journey.
  • Build strong client relationships by regularly engaging, understanding challenges, and providing solutions.
  • Contribute to building a disruptive and innovative company in a traditionally unsexy industry.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management with technical services/products.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for structured client relationship building.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving attitude, believing every challenge has a solution.
  • Pragmatic approach, focusing on delivering impact efficiently over perfection.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth environment (SaaS, fast-scaling SMEs).
