Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management with technical services/products.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for structured client relationship building.
- Demonstrated problem-solving attitude, believing every challenge has a solution.
- Pragmatic approach, focusing on delivering impact efficiently over perfection.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
