Salary: $73,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and foster relationships with partners, understanding their needs and usage of hirify.global products.
• Provide technical expertise, guiding partners through product requirements and solutions.
• Act as partner advocate in technical discussions with Product Management and Development.
• Collaborate on solution design and implementation, sharing best practices for hirify.global product deployment.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues for partners, escalating when necessary.
• Provide training and enablement for partners and internal teams on hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Proactive and curious mindset, engaging with partners to understand technical needs.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, especially within an MSP or selling to MSPs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas and consult effectively.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, scripting, automation, networking, and virtualization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing initiative and independence.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac operating systems.
• Background in supporting Remote Monitoring and/or PSA solutions.
• A technical degree.
