Post Sales Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role with required attendance at the Ottawa collaboration hub, Canada; travel up to 5–10% of the time.

Starting base salary: $73,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Build relationships with partners and understand their technical environments, needs, and use of hirify.global products.
• Analyze complex requirements, provide technical guidance, and advise on product fit and gaps.
• Design and implement custom monitoring, automation, and reporting solutions with partners.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Support and other internal teams.
• Train and enable partners and internal teams on hirify.global products and deployment best practices.
• Share market and competitive insights, support customer migrations, and document partner interactions and project updates.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, particularly within an MSP or supporting MSP sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, customer service, and self-management skills.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, scripting, automation, networking, and virtualization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple partner needs and projects.
• Willingness to attend the Ottawa collaboration hub and travel 5–10% of the time.
• A technical degree is complementary; relevant experience and skills are valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac operating systems.
• Background supporting remote monitoring or PSA solutions.
