Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Shape and execute an ambitious program of product features, technical debt eliminations, and scalability advancements.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers.
  • Own end-to-end solutions while continuously improving engineering processes and velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact across R&D.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context.
  • Experience or interest in financial technology.
  • A great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners.
  • Value developing people and coaching engineers to succeed.
  • Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving team agile processes, estimation, and project planning.
