What you will do

• Understand customer and user needs by integrating UX feedback into design and aligning teams.

• Contribute to user-centred product design by applying diverse UX research techniques and mentoring junior team members.
• Inform strategy with data-driven analysis and testing, regularly testing with users and establishing key metrics.
• Demonstrate proficient technical research skills by expertly using relevant tools and software and collaborating effectively with tech teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of UX research best practices and tools.
• Experience with designing and conducting user research initiatives, leveraging methods such as ethnographic studies, usability testing, and analytics.
• Ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions, fostering collaboration in research and design efforts.
