Product Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

Product Designer (UI/UX): Designing user interfaces for native mobile and web applications with an accent on process flows, interactive prototypes, and Design System assets. Location: Must be currently based in the UK or Spain and have the legal right to work in either country. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design user interfaces for native mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
• Collaborate on process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and Design System assets.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
• Continuously improve the product's user experience through insight-led and research-based positions.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Product Design.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and their rationale.
• Experience designing and testing native mobile and web applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, ideally with experience crafting copy.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your skillset.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and previous experience working with Pattern Libraries and Design Systems.
• Working knowledge of native Android & iOS design guidelines and understanding of responsive design.
• Familiarity with creating process and production assets (flows, wireframes, prototypes, Design System assets).
• Experience balancing user-centred feedback, research, and business goals.
• Worked from inception to delivery on at least one native mobile or web application as a Product Designer.
• Previous experience conducting research activities and leaning into AI to improve the designer workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Lean and/or Agile processes (e.g., JIRA).
• Prior work experience in telecommunications, knowledge of eSIM and GSMA related technologies.
