TL;DR

What you will do
- Design user interfaces for native mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications.
- Collaborate on process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and Design System assets.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers.
- Continuously improve the product's user experience through insight-led and research-based positions.
- Keep up with the latest design trends and processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of dedicated experience in Product Design.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and their rationale.
- Experience designing and testing native mobile and web applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, ideally with experience crafting copy.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skillset.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and previous experience working with Pattern Libraries and Design Systems.
- Working knowledge of native Android & iOS design guidelines and understanding of responsive design.
- Familiarity with creating process and production assets (flows, wireframes, prototypes, Design System assets).
- Experience balancing user-centred feedback, research, and business goals.
- Worked from inception to delivery on at least one native mobile or web application as a Product Designer.
- Previous experience conducting research activities and leaning into AI to improve the designer workflow.
Nice to have
- Experience working within Lean and/or Agile processes (e.g., JIRA).
- Prior work experience in telecommunications, knowledge of eSIM and GSMA related technologies.
