Director of Design & Research (Product)

What you will do

• Lead UX design across hirify.global's product suite including business tools and consumer apps.
• Collaborate with Product Management to optimize user experience and prioritize UX/UI roadmap.
• Develop and embed design systems and accessibility practices across teams.
• Establish and evolve AI-augmented design and research workflows.
• Partner with CPO, CTO, Engineering, and Product teams to align design strategy with business goals.
• Manage and grow the design and research team, mentoring and championing their development.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in UX, UI, and user research.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and research tools and ability to balance AI outputs with human judgment.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience building and leading design teams and advocating for design at senior levels.
• Comfortable working hands-on with design tools like Figma.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in the United Kingdom.
