What you will do

• Build user-centred practices in new teams and align research activities with service propositions.
• Carry out user research and supervise/develop other user researchers to improve practice.
• Advocate for inclusive practices and help teams design accessible services for diverse users.
• Apply and advise on a wide range of primary/secondary user research methods.
• Analyse and synthesize research data, engaging colleagues in the process and assuring best practice.
• Present key research findings and their implications, tailoring for different audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of User Research experience.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Experience with a hybrid working model.
• Understanding and experience of user-centred and agile practices.

Nice to have

• Experience working to GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
