What you will do
- Develop and nurture relationships with game studios and publishers in the APAC region.
- Present localization services in a technically credible and grounded manner.
- Identify potential risks and client needs proactively.
- Support and eventually lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Contribute directly to regional revenue growth and business development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Localization Project Manager or Localization Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of game localization pipelines and production realities.
- Fluent Japanese or Korean language skills are required.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
- Comfortable engaging with clients and building strong relationships.
- Interest in transitioning from operational roles to commercial leadership and ownership.
