What you will do

• Support localization projects throughout the entire lifecycle from planning to launch.
• Coordinate tasks across various teams to maintain project alignment and ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize and optimize translation workflows, priorities, and schedules.
• Leverage AI tools to increase the speed, quality, and efficiency of localization processes.
• Manage the launch of global products and marketing campaigns across multiple international markets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Vilnius to support the hybrid office requirement (4 days onsite).
• Experience with spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong ownership of deliverables.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
