What you will do

• Own and evolve hirify.global’s end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints.
• Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to align on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals.
• Champion user-centered design practices incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration.
• Drive high-quality execution from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery.
• Shape and maintain the design system, brand voice, and internal design practices.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with in-person presence in London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
• English: B2 level or higher (job posting in English)
• 8+ years of product design experience including 3+ years in design leadership roles.
• Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
