What you will do

• Solve customer problems and create new opportunities for users to engage with hirify.global.
• Elevate the product and the Product team by making strategic bets and building customer-loved products that drive commercial value.
• Simplify complex problems and unblock colleagues, providing optimistic solutions.
• Collaborate productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products through a test-learn-iterate approach.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
• Track record of optimising funnels in collaboration with marketing and/or customer-facing disciplines, or experience within a growth team.
• Competence in industry's prevailing Product/Engineering methodologies, including Agile frameworks, continuous discovery, continuous delivery, and JTBD frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with data-informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• Scale-up or startup experience.
• AI/ML training or development experience.
• Track record of contributing to the Design community.
