What you will do

• Own the artwork process from brief to final sign-off across print and digital.
• Lead the artwork team day to day, managing priorities and assigning work.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring every asset feels unmistakably hirify.global.
• Quality check all final artwork.
• Find smarter, faster ways of working and help smooth studio operations.
• Develop and bring out the best in the current team.

Requirements

• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once whilst maintaining brief standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Genuine passion for streetwear, youth culture, and creative work.
• Must be able to attend Studio and Head Office in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester.
