What you will do

• Research, conceptualize, and design a wide range of materials including presentation decks, event invitations, video graphics, and branding collateral.
• Collaborate with agents and executives to build visual tools for client pitches and business opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of production for photo and video shoots, including set-up and live editing for special events.
• Handle color correction, photo editing, and archiving of corporate and client assets.
• Maintain individual project workflows using Asana and ensure timely delivery under pressure.
• Stay current with design, photography, and video trends to continuously improve agency output.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, fine arts, visual arts, or media.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to design elevated branding and work within corporate style guides.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design rationale.
• Proficiency in collaborative tools like Figma and Miro, and templated platforms like Canva or Wordpress.
